This specific co-operation with the mortgage and ‘building & savings’ banks allows us to promptly handle all documents, thus saving both time and finance of our clients.

• arrangement of a final meeting in a bank or savings-bank on the purpose for the signing of the loan contract
• supervision over the smooth fulfillment of the whole transaction (e.g. record in the real estate register, hand-over protocol)
